Leadership Without Anesthesia

Real leadership isn't practiced under ideal conditions — it's built in the hard conversations, in the moments of pressure, when everyone is looking at you.

The same spirit as the program, distilled into pages. 12 principles for the leader who can't afford to pretend: someone who must deliver results, support their team, and still be human.

For supervisors, coordinators, managers and directors who want to lead from within — not from fear or from the manual.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

One year, four visits.

Twelve 8-hour modules, delivered in four 3-day visits over one year. Start with a single visit and you won't repeat anything if you later sign up for the full year.

Questions we get

The most asked

If your question isn't here, email me directly. I reply personally.

What companies and teams is this program designed for?
Mid-sized and large companies with middle managers, coordinators, and supervisors leading teams in production, operations, quality, engineering, or development. Applies to industry, manufacturing, services, and organizations scaling up.
How is it delivered: onsite, online, or hybrid?
On-site, at your facility: this is the format the program was designed for. The full program can also be hybrid, with an on-site opening visit and the rest online. Three-day visits and one-day workshops are on-site.
How long is the full program?
96 hours: twelve 8-hour modules in four 3-day visits over one year. You can also start with a single 3-day visit or a one-day workshop.
What methodology does the leadership program use?
A hybrid methodology: process engineering (Lean Six Sigma), timeless principles of character-based leadership, and modern organizational development. Not academic theory — what survived 10 years on the production floor.
What results can I expect at the end?
Each module delivers a written protocol, practiced out loud with each participant's real case, and closes with written commitments with a date and an owner. Over the year, each participant takes home 28 protocols and 53 field criteria printed in their workbook. Behavior is measured before each visit and at the end of each day, with a report to the company.
Who facilitates the training?
Caleb Elizondo — Manufacturing and Business Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Leadership and organizational development consultant, author of Leadership Without Anesthesia and The Knight's Heart. He has trained more than 120 Green Belts and coached 300+ Yellow Belts in real industry.
